Warranty Coverage

What Is Covered

BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L.'s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes:

• Manufacturing defects in parts and components
• Malfunctions that occur during normal use
• Defects that appear within the warranty period
• Failure to meet advertised specifications
• Issues with product functionality as described
• Structural defects affecting product safety

What Is NOT Covered

BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L.'s warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Accidents, drops, or physical damage
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Use not in accordance with product instructions
• Damage from natural disasters or acts of God
• Commercial or non-household use (unless specified)
• Consumable parts (batteries, filters, etc.)

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase from BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. and varies by product category:

Burden of Proof

According to EU consumer law applied by BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L.:

• First 6 months: BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. must prove the product was NOT defective at time of delivery. The burden of proof is on us.
• After 6 months: You must demonstrate the defect existed at the time of purchase or was caused by a manufacturing defect.

Your Rights Under Warranty

If your product from BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. is defective during the warranty period, you have the right to:

1. Repair: We will repair the product at no charge at our facility in Brașov, Romania
2. Replacement: If repair is not possible, we will replace the product
3. Price Reduction: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, we will offer a price reduction
4. Refund: As a last resort, you may receive a full or partial refund

Manufacturer's Warranty

Many products also include an additional manufacturer's warranty that may provide benefits beyond the EU legal warranty provided by BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. These warranties are separate from and in addition to your legal warranty rights. Check your product documentation for manufacturer warranty details.

Warranty vs. Return Period

Please note the difference between BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L.'s warranty and return policies:

• 14-Day Return Period: You can return products for any reason within 14 days of receipt (EU withdrawal right)
• 2-Year Warranty: Covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions throughout the warranty period

The warranty period begins after the 14-day return period ends.
