Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return to BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L., items must meet the following conditions:

• Return request made within 14 days of delivery
• Item is unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and all accessories included
• Product tags and labels still attached
• Proof of purchase provided (order number or receipt)
• Item is not on the exclusions list (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. cannot accept returns of the following items:

• Personal care items (opened)
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Custom or personalized items
• Gift cards or downloadable products
• Items marked as final sale or clearance
• Perishable goods

Refund Process

Once BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. receives and inspects your returned item at our warehouse in Brașov, Romania, we will process your refund following this timeline:

• Inspection: 1-2 business days after receiving the item
• Refund Approval: Email notification sent within 24 hours
• Payment Processing: 3-5 business days to appear in your account
• Refund Method: Original payment method used at checkout

Exchanges

BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. is happy to exchange items for different sizes, colors, or models. To request an exchange:

• Contact us at support@homainfull.shop or office@booster28ads.com with your order number
• Specify the item you want to exchange and your preferred replacement
• We'll check availability and provide exchange instructions
• Ship the original item back to our Brașov facility using the provided label
• New item ships once we receive the return (or immediately for premium customers)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L., please contact us immediately with:

We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs. You may be asked to return the defective item to our Brașov facility for quality control purposes.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item from BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L., please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send you the correct item at no charge and arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense.

Warranty vs. Returns

All products sold by BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. include a 2-year legal warranty as required by EU law. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and is separate from your 14-day return right. For warranty claims after 14 days, please visit our warranty page.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order with BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. free of charge if it hasn't shipped yet from our Brașov warehouse. Contact us immediately with your order number. Once shipped, standard return procedures apply.

Partial Returns

If your order contains multiple items, you can return individual items to BOOSTER28 ADS S.R.L. Refunds are calculated proportionally, and if the remaining order value falls below our free shipping threshold, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
